Picky dog
America’s 97 million pet dogs produce some 10.6 million tons of poop every year; Dogs can harbor lots of viruses, bacteria, and parasites. A survey in the US showed that only about 60 percent of dog owners pick up after their pets. We propose an alternative to increasing responsible dog owners.

Kitchen 3.0
Buying a property is the biggest investment for millennial (1981 – 1996) and coming generations of future adults Gen Z (1997 – 2014) and Alpha (2015 – Forward). Kitchen is one of the main rooms that can contribute to reduce the costs of construction. Kitchen 3.0 is looking to reduce the costs by changing the manufacturing process and make the most of the initial structure to cut price for future renovations.
